Important note: Arm pain is very often related to shoulder pain or to a dysfunction of the shoulder muscles. This is why you will perform lots of shoulder exercises in order to get rid of your arm pain.
The exercise guidelines got already discussed in the shoulder exercise section. As they also apply to arm exercises, I recommend to read through them real quick and then to come back here. It will just take a minute.
These exercises will mainly work the muscles of your wrists, elbows and shoulders. They will help you to eliminate excessive muscle tension, which is a major cause of muscle and joint pain.
The arm relaxation exercises contain massage exercises as well as little coordination and hold-release techniques.
